At the "Imagine" Brainstorming session, Ami, after his introduction and sharing of thoughts, asked if there were comments or ideas to help bring about change in our world.
I had this idea.
IDEA
Get children involved in social conscious initiatives.
HOW CAN THIS BE ACCOMPLISHED
1. Visiting schools, introducing concepts, i.e. what can be done to help persons who are homeless, without shelter, or a permanent address, etc.
2. Get the word out regarding this initiative through Public Services Announcements, both print and broadcast media.
3. Seek mature adults involvement as well as children, recruiting them to become involved
4. Additional suggestions and ideas are welcomed
Participants at the brainstorming session expressed interest and one such participant is working on preliminary concepts to help launch this initiative.
